How to use: 
Inhalation: inhale directly onto bottle 1 min (if fatigue)
Diffusion: Pour 2 drops into diffuser and let it work 30 min (cleansing air)
Massage: mix 2 drops into vegetal oil and massage your body (decongestant)
Caution: avoid if pregnant, breastfeeding, children under 8 years old. Do not swallow, dilute it, avoid ears, eyes, avoid if weak kidneys, if under mastosis (oestrogen like).
