Ingredients: 100% essential oil of eucalyptus (water slow distilled)
How to use: inhale deeply from bottle, or pour 1 drop into boiled water and inhale steam (purify your sinuses). Pour 2 drops into diffuser. Add a few drops to the Sauna water bowl for hot stones or apply 1 drop to the chest during winter season.
